1. The festival is a rain or shine event. There is no “RAIN DATE”. 
  2. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise or displays.
  3. Vendor application and payment must be postmarked on/before 04/10/2024
  4. Sponsors/Vendors will be provided a 10’x10′ tent, one table and one chair. Rentals of additional tables and chair will be available for a fee (contact us for rates).
  5. Vendors assume all financial responsibility for rentals and are responsible for returning them in the same condition as they were received.
  6. This application for space, accompanied by full payment, constitutes a contract for the right to use exhibitor space for the one-day festival on April 27, 2024. United Desi of New Jersey Corp reserves the right to make the final determination of all space assignments in the best interest of the festival.
  7. Each exhibitor will receive a confirmation letter/email regarding their application acceptance. If you do not receive your confirmation by April 10th, 2024, please email us at Uniteddesinewjersey@gmail.com
  8.  All vendors must check in at the registration table. Check-in will begin at 10:30 am sharp
  9.  Exhibitors may begin installation immediately following registration check-in. Exhibitors cannot arrive before 10:30 a.m. and are STRONGLY encouraged to complete their setup by 11:30 a.m. Booths must be ready by noon.
  10. The festival concludes at 6:00 p.m. All exhibitor business must be concluded at this time. Each exhibitor is required to clean their exhibitor space and leave the premises in the same condition as they found it. If the space is not clean, charges will be applied.
  11. United Desi of New Jersey has the right to restrict exhibits that become objectionable for any reason, but not limited to noise, method of operation, or materials.
  12. Food vendors must meet all health and sanitary codes and be in compliance with all local, state, and federal, rules and regulations in regard to food handling and serving. UDNJ relinquishes all responsibilities and liabilities concerning food handling to the Vendor Owner. Food vendors based outside of  New Jersey must contact Middlesex County to apply for a one-day permit.
  13. Local Food Vendors are responsible for all required permits such as Health and Fire certificates.
  14. Vendors and Merchants must abide by all city, state and federal laws associated with the sale of goods and services.
  15. If you rent a tent, the rental company sets up the tents and your tables & chairs must remain under the Tent at all times. 
  16. All payments are non-refundable.

As the representative of my group or business, I have read and understand the terms and conditions listed herein and agree to them. I have read these guidelines to the members of my group & have discussed them thoroughly in a meeting prior to the Festival.
